What to do? CPO BMW with 30k miles, lost $20k worth of value due to warrantied services in < 1 year. What should I do?

I bought a 2022 BMW X6 M50i with 30k miles. History was good, it was CPO, I thought I had no issues. Within 6k miles, my front differential came apart, my struts needed replacements-- of course tires got chopped due to that. My transfer case failed. My steering column needed replacement. I feel like I bought a lemon, its in the shop every 3 months with a new issue. I brought it back to the dealer and they pretty much just told me im screwed. My buy back offer is under $49k, i purchased it for $70k and have had it for about 9k miles and just under a year. What do I do? I feel defeated.
On top of this, when the struts needed replacement, the dealer didn't want to cover it (this was 3k miles after I bought the car). I requested the CPO checklist, I noticed that there was a 30% difference in ware on the front tires. That shows clear sign of pre-existing suspension issues that were overlooked on my CPO inspection. I had to file a complaint with BMW North America, I had to fight arm and leg to get SOME assistance to get the struts covered as its not part of CPO, I still came out of pocket about 1.5k for wheels and one strut. I don't know what to do. The car nonstop has issues -- I love the car but the problems it has feels like i got sold a POS from Braman BMW in West Palm. I cant take a $20k loss in less than a year. The actual vehicle quality on KBB is $60-$63k and my offer was $49k due to the service history. Please help me with any advice.

you are using the term buy-back like they owe you something. The dealership will give you trade-in value for it. It lost it's value because of depreciation mainly and not the repairs. plus we dont know what kind of mods (you mentioned wheels) you have done to it which will always negatively affect value.
If it's KBB is 60k, then you will have to list it on marketplace or see what Carvana can do. Also, most dealerships are now using JDPower so have all your values sorted before listing it.
But since asked a bunch of car guys, my real answer is this: suck it up, cars cost money, they sometimes suck, try buying some tools and fixing it yourself and enjoy your car. this is what it's like being a car guy.

Trade in offer was 49k. Buy back was the wrong term. Only mods are external. New wheels were not mods they were just replacing the chopped ones. Appreciate the honesty, was leaning towards extending the warranty rather then eating and trading in

I always tell people a set of tools is WAYYYY cheaper than any warranty. and the experince is priceless.

I work on it to the extent I can with help of mechanically inclined friends. But when it's warrantied -- shits going to the shop. Like rn my intake inlet o-ring is shot. $8 o ring I'm not taking it in for that.

Pretty typical German car experience, at least you won't own it long enough to see that worthless junk engine explode.

Look at my user name (bimmer was taken and I had an R1100RT), I currently have a V8 Lexus SC and a KIA Stinger. I loved BMW, but when stuff goes wrong it goes really wrong, so I avoid them now.
Just keep fixing and driving it until the numbers look better.

If you wanted actual advice you should have posted on the bmw subreddit or lied and said it was a Camry. These guys are all Toyota circle jerkers. This is not a normal experience for any bmw, especially cpo.

Thank you cut the input, didn't know where to ask for advice figured this was a good subreddit for it

Keep it and drive it? Now you’ve fixed everything (and may have warranty for another few months?) you enjoy the car for what it is.
My dad bought a BMW after he rode in mine. He got a 2017 X3, did a few transfer cases and diffs and a couple other issues in the first couple years. He got a loaner every time, now it’s been perfect for the last 5 years.

Sounds like you’ve fixed everything on it. I’d drive it. If you want to get rid of it, take it to carvana or CarMax and trade it in. You could sell it to private buyer too and anyone will buy a sorted out bmw which is still CPO.
If none of this sounds good and you’re looking for a fight, hire a lawyer.

What? A BMW loosing value like a sinking ship? I'm shocked! Seriously, what did you expect? My last first BMW was my last BMW, been there, done that.

hadnt learned the hard way like you, had to see for myself obviously

You bought a $70k used BMW. Know what this is? It’s the world’s smallest violin playing just for the BMW owner.

Get a BMW loaner until every fix is made free of cost. If it’s not EXCLUDED, then it’s included
Minimum-Reward3264@reddit
It lost 10k only the fact it’s two owner BMW.

This sounds like normal BMW issues.

Take it to carmax or carvana and trade the leased car for another. Be sure to run the TOTAL math yourself on what it will cost. Have a good financially savvy friend run the math as well.
Good luck.
