You got a time and date stamp with the DOT number. Report his ass. Looked to me like dude saw you and said “fuck it, I’m going anyway.” Shouldn’t be on the road.

Tbh trucker probably didnt see him at first. Bigger stopped in his blind spot(left windshield piller) then when he started making the turn he looking through the left mirror to see what the tandems are doing. Something similar happen to me before. Its like the guy appeared out of nowhere. I stopped and waved him down to say sorry, no contact but im sure he mightve peed a little, rhinking this is how it ends😂

Truck at fault

The bike had the right of way. Then it appeared he yielded that right of way.
By then he was a little close for the truck to make his turn safely.
The best thing would have been for the trucker to wave the bike past.
I think this was miscommunication more than anything else.

Normally the trucker would be at fault, but bicyclists are always in the wrong.
