Best job I've ever had. 13400 gallons of gasoline and pulling weight at about 114,000 lbs.

Crazy setup man, need overweight permits to haul that stuff or how does it work? I never looked into it or asked but I have seen many axles on fuel or milk trucks in the northern US. I guess curiosity killed the cat now.

Michigan has special laws that allows up to 162,000 lbs of liquid to be transported unpermitted along with other stuff like coil, trash and building materials like cement and gravel. Most of the permitted stuff that goes through here is for stuff like oversized loads or excavators.

That is very badass, thank you for the information. Be safe out there .

If you didn't haul fuel you could have a couple more axles

I'm at 9 axles. We have a few trucks in my company that haul propane that have 11 and I think one has 12 for off road use.

Axles for days. 💜

that's crazy so you can haul two fuel deliveries at once!
