Quick reminder that one of the great OG battlecars was also built in Houston - I used to make my parents pull over so I could climb on it when happenstance brought us to the then-wastes of Midtown.
You can see it here, in the Dennis Hopper film "Riders on the Storm" for a few seconds. I don't know if it was actually ever mobile, but it did use a combination of tracks and steel wheels.
Houston is kinda ground zero for weird art cars, with multiple groups choosing that as their medium of choice and exhibiting them yearly in the Art Car Parade. Until 2024, there was even a museum dedicated to the form.
The most battlecar'ed-out art car is one whose name I cannot currently remember, but was built from a pickup that had been up-armored and had two levels of catwalk added to it. The whole thing had multiple pintle-mounted steel mini-canon meant to launch confetti. IIRC, the name was something like "David Koresh Memorial Vehicle" or something similar.

Impressive and troubling at the same time.
The vise on the back is a nice touch.

Would this be an art battlecar or a battle artcar?

Reminds me of the weird cousin to the Blues Brothers cop car and the cop car from the Timelords.

Not entirely inappropriate for driving Houston freeways.
