A question from a Novice using AI to present ideas to actual experienced humans

Hello,
I am one of the OG's from when PC's became a thing, friends often asked me for advice and what not, but I was no hacker/coder/programmer.
I have tried getting into it and while it feels supercool, I find myself getting bored, confused, frustrated and what not.
With AI that completely changed.
Presenting ideas that my head are absolutely filled to the brim with, suddenly became a reality.
The problem is, even if I focus on prompting the different AI softwares to teach me what they are actually doing, it will never compete with actual education, experience, human interaction and so on.
Hence my plan has always been from the very start to sort of sieve out my realistic ideas with the intention to as soon as I got my foundation in check, I can pass on the real work to an experienced person in exchange for money.
One great example is security, I won't leave that to AI as a novice. That is meant for professionals who are rightfully compensated.
Now my question you those people is this:
What is your opinion on people like me, with my intentions. I.e NOT lazy people just thinking they can get rich on clicking on a keyboard.

It's fine as long as you have a LOT of money. Developers (good ones) are expensive.

This is why I made this post. Real work deserves the right compensation, but I have no real idea so I ask people who know more than me.
What kind of sums are we talking about about here for example an app I build on personal preferences and ideas, that I want to publish on iOS or Android with safety for the user?

Depends on the location, idea, and tech stack. For me, if it was a piece of software, at least $100/hr, a generic website, $80. But that varies a ton based on the project details.

Seems totally reasonable for me. I mean, to win some you got to lose some(Me, an inexperienced person trying to showcase my ideas to professionals)

I don't care how cool shit is made, just so long as cool shit is made, and especially so if it makes you happy to do. With that being said, I only suggest you look up how very productive people are doing things, take tips from them how to set the appropriate guardrails on your projects so that the AI doesn't just have free reign (that's where things start to go wrong), and take control of every piece of the app yourself, letting it deal with the specifics. But you need to be in the driver's seat rather than just a passenger, otherwise God only knows where your app will end up.

I am very strict with this, AI is the hammer, I am the Smith.
If it helps me do work, I should understand what is going on, when I don't, next step is to leave it to professionals, as this thread is about.
I am very, very fond of HUMAN art, creation and what not but people totally forget that AI is a product of human consciousness and some of us have things like Aphantasia, no inner eye, but tons of ideas.
To bridge myself to communicate with an experienced person instead of just sitting there sad and failed, with thousands of ideas but nothing to show for it, is my aspiration, however. I do understand all the hate, cynicism and so on, and therefor discussions is one of the ways I think we steer it in the right direction.

Man I totally get where you're coming from with the AI thing. Been in similar spot where you have all these ideas floating around but the actual coding part just feels like hitting a brick wall 💀
Your approach seems pretty solid though - using AI as like a bridge to get the concepts out of your head and then bringing in real devs for the heavy lifting. Smart move especially with security stuff, that's definitely not something to mess around with as beginner.
In my experience working with different teams, having someone who can clearly communicate the vision and knows their limitations is actually pretty valuable. Way better than people who think they know everything after watching few YouTube tutorials 😂
Just make sure when you do find developers to work with, you're upfront about what was AI-generated vs your own ideas. Most experienced devs can spot AI code pretty quick anyway

Oh no kidding. some days I just feel like I want to have a headbutt fight with my technical device.
It has created some amazing things for personal use though, this is where security becomes so important.
Thank you very much for saying that, I have full understanding(I think) for the opinions of people that are actually in the profession and are threatened by AI. But I think integration, collaboration and mutual understanding is a few of the key parts to a better future instead of a dystopian one.
As for your two last paragraphs. That is what I want to hear as that is who I aspire to be.
Honest, respectful and not in anyway that person who thinks he knows more than I actually do.
So in short, you said it well:
It is a bridge for an uneducated person to an experienced one.
