Help, pc won’t stay on

I have had this pc for a little over 3-4 years and it was working fine until recently. It will turn on then shut off not even 5 seconds with the long time it running was about a min. I went out and bought a new power supply thinking that was the problem but the issue still continues. Anyone have any ideas of what to do now?

Component overheating?

After running the BIOS (before my pc shut off) it was overheating a little bit so I cleaned and changed out my thermal paste but still having the same issues

Can you boot into the BIOS? If so do not attempt to change anything until you know if it will not shutdown while in there!!! But it would be good to skip the OS boot and see if it still shuts down.

I was able to get into BIOS and snap a pic, so far it hasn’t shut down but idk how long till it will

Give it an hour or two idling there. If it doesn’t shut down use the built-in BIOS tools to test the RAM and the hard drive or SSD. If you have critical files on the storage know moving it to another system to back it up first is suggested. If the RAM and storage pass see if you can boot into Windows safe mode. Do a repair of the OS. Then once that is done reboot and see if it now has a stable idle. If that works then run some basic stuff.
