PPL as part time in Russia

Any Russian pilots in here who could explain me the process of getting a ppl (part time) as a medical student (Indian) studying at a university . I will love options which have online theory classes

Private aviation is dead in Russia. Expensive, overregulated, unsafe, far behind the FAA/EASA standards. If you want to fly, study it in another country.

Ahh thank you for the insight As i am a medical student i don’t have a lot of spare time but i wanted to learn about flying too (hobby flying) So maybe i will look during my pg
