Chocolate Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I went to make a grilled cheese. After I opened up the three kraft singles I noticed that my brioche and wheat bread was moldy, but I had a loaf of chocolate chip bread from March that miraculously had no mold and was still quite soft.

A paining press just grill the top and bottom and compresses, a sandwich maker is like a sealed almost waffle iron type thing where in this case makes the ridges along the edge where the cheese melted through. There is a difference between the 2 a sandwich maker also divides it along the diagonal. Maybe some ppl call a sandwich maker a panini press but they'd be wrong.
