I know teachers deal with lots of students every day in the classroom, like behaviour issues or messing about, as well as handling paperwork and the curriculum, both after school and at home. It's probably not as passionate anymore, which has led to burnouts and backdowns. What is your teaching burnout story that made you have had enough and quit altogether?
