Well from this it looks as tho he's advocating for Austria and Serbia in NATO, EU and Euro. Don't quite get his obsession with Serbia but he might be a manifestation of the Poe's law - inability to tell online if one's being sarcastic or a true believer in some extreme or controversial cause, due to a lack of ironic ambiguity.

the constitution clearly says that austria should do everything possible to remain neutral.

Article 42(7) TEU that says the EU’s mutual defense obligations must respect “the specific character of the security and defence policy of certain Member States.” This was mainly included because of neutral countries like Ireland and Austria

but i think they would still send support in case of an invasion of an european member state
