Do you workout on holidays?

I would be curious to know if there's a major difference in holiday activeness depending on if you go to the gym or not tbh. For me if I go out on holiday with my friends who do not work out in the slightest. We are heavy on the sit down do nothing type of holiday. At most we will visit one attraction that requires a slight walk with some old fashioned steep European stairs. The fact that there will be more walking generally to get to places will mean they consider this a high activity holiday. If I go on holidays with my gym friends. We are up and doing activities. Even if its a sit down beach day, there will be a ball and we will be running around, swimming, play wrestling each other. Its the activity level of a young child being given free roam with a bunch of other kids basically. They will however, all consider that day low activity.
