First PC Part Selection

I am planning to build my first PC which I will mostly use for university work, some light 1080p gaming (preferably at 140 FPS), and for game development. I have very limited knowledge and no experience in PC building and I am also trying to limit my budget as much as I can (although I don't have any strict limits currently).
I asked ChatGPT to pick some budget parts for me based on these needs and I also gave it a bunch of games from my steam library, this is what it said.
For the CPU it gave me the AMD Ryzen 5 5600
For a GPU it suggested the RX7600 or the RTX 4060, it told me that the RX7600 is better for me and it is cheaper, it also told me that I can even get a used GTX 1660 or RTX 2060. (I gave a similar prompt to a new conversation with chatGPT and it suggested the RX 6600 or the RTX 3060)
For RAM it told me to get 16GB minimum and prefer 32GB, it said that I could maybe upgrade to 32GB later.
For storage it said 1TB SSD
For a PSU it said good quality 550W (the other prompt said 550–650W 80+ Bronze)
And lastly for the motherboard it recommended a B550
Any feedback is well appreciated.

Do you have some sites you can link where you'd buy parts from in Greece? Not familiar with the market there, but I can check some things to see what makes sense to build.

What's the budget ?
Below 1000 i'd recommend the used market
Above 1000 you can go AM5
Chatgpt doesn't have the latest up to date components in it's database
