Meh the store ive been to a few times is too much like a normal but pretty decent gun store, seems like they barely carry their own stuff or ar parts in general.
Not really a fan but i feel if they had the upper lower selection like the site, i feel like id have atleast one sabre/fn barrel upper and a lower floating around.

I've been to a PSA once. Years ago, nothing was priced, the employees ignored you, and the entire place was dark and 90% of the merchandise was in plain cardboard boxes with barely any labeling. If I had the time to browse (with my phone on the PSA website to guide me for sale pricing) I probably would have left with a cart but my wife (and cat) were waiting for me in our RV in the parking lot so I couldn't spend all day :(

Lol yea, I had a tactical fudd expireance where completely unprompted(no really, i was eyeing up a pistol) went on about how 'yer gonna want a rifle with a combat trigger not one if them guyslees' and watched him get visibly angry when I told him I felt pretty alright about the g$ I carried in combat zones, which did indeed prompt a diatribe about how I was going to ND into a non-combatant under combat stress.
I thanked him for his service and advice; he said he never served but had family that did.
I dont blame psa for that or anything and honestly was good for a laugh.

You do know PSA does not set sales tax rates, right? Your state (and sometimes local) government sets sales tax rates and the economic nexus tests for the requirement to collect those sales taxes. If you are mad that you're being taxed on purchases, you should take that up with your state government and not PSA.

Definitely the Holosun. Tho if im not mistaken the Romeo5 is a Holosun product. The magnifier on the Holosun is far superior if eye box is all that matters. (It did for me). The clarity seemed about the same with holo one been a bit better

I think I really need to get either the Extra extended charging handle or one of the third party extended handles to void busting my knuckles on the HM3x. Are you using the original charging handle?

Yeah, I still have the original charging handle. My knuckles also got busted up, so I've been charging it from "under" with the side of my pointer finger. It's a bit awkward the first couple of times, but once get used to it, it's works pretty well
It also helps that my hm3x is very far back since I use it with the 510c, so the charging handle doesn't ride under it much

HM3X has a fantastic eye box, unusually good optic for the price. Might be the best overall value ever in optics IMO and I have a EOTech G45 and G43

The trade off with the micro magnifiers is the tighter eye box. The vortex is really nice IMO if you can get into the eye box. This is still a fantastic deal if you are okay with the longer magnifier!

The Romeo 5 with the HM3X is the ideal combo 😂
I love the ARO too but it doesn't play well with aftermarket mounts due to the base on the optic being higher

I was quoted $245 shipped for an ARO/HM3X combo with industry pricing so this seems like a pretty decent deal to me. To my eyes, this magnifier is very nice compared to a Juliet or Vortex
