I need to know if the Retrospec Valen Rev+ Fat Tire Electric Bike Step Through has a good seat for people overweight.

I am 310lbs. I want to know if this would be a good bike seat for me. I like all the things I'm seeing about the bike itself, so far. BUT I want to know if the seat is good for someone who is overweight. Often times, a bike will be fine, but the seat is too small. If anyone has any experience, as someone overweight, whether or not the seat is good, I would very much appreciate knowing, before I go make a $2,000 purchase. Thanks in advance.

My opinion is worth much and I just purchased a retrospec motorcycle style with a long seat maybe 2 feet, its not high enough for my legs to the pedals or I have to slide back but when I stop I naturally slide forward. Its a pain in the ass and with assisted pedaling my feet are flailing around trying to figure out a comfortable setting which for me was always a higher gear on bikes when I was younger, don't get enough comfortable response on low gears. When you go to look at bikes, look for long seats that are attached to the frame directly not a classic single pipe style, the long style seat might be good but there is no real shock absorbtion if you are going off road, and unless you typoed your weight, I don't think bikes go that high, think I read it was 250.

I like it. I’m taller and have a ton of room to move back and forth. Width is about the same as a cruiser saddle. I’m about 200lbs and there’s more than enough padding.
