7500x3d and 9060 xt for budget 1080p 240hz gaming

As the title says, I'm building a pc with the 7500x3d bundle from microcenter and a 750w psu. Looking for a GPU to go with the processor that is capable of 240hz 1080p gaming (probably low settings). Im a college student so staying relatively budget is something that is important to me.
I can get a 9060 xt on fb for $390, a 7900 xt or for $550, or a 9070 xt for $580-600.
Which of these would be the best option? The games Id like to play are cs, deadlock, tarkov, and rust (although I know this is a cpu intensive game so i dont really expect 240hz). There are some single player games in the mix too, but I dont really care about 240 hz in those.

I build a pc with 7500X3D + 5060ti 16GB for 1440p. Game settings mixed low/mid/high (textures in every game max setting) without DLSS and in some games the cpu is bottleneck the gpu. With DLSS quality (No FG) push the fps a lot and quality is perfect. I play games like Warzone, BF6 and get between 150-200+ fps nativ. My 5060ti is overclocked (3150Mhz@975mv + 2000Mhz on ram and Powerlimit +10%) with the Overclocking the gpu have 8-12% more performance. And the efficiency while gaming is crazy good!

I got a new 9060xt 16gb for $440 for cs2 to pair with a 9850x3d
800fps avg and 310fps 1% lows on cs2, low/competitive settings.
I'd get the 9070xt if you plan on going to 1440p anytime soon tho

Definitely go with the 9070XT if possible. Only get the 9060XT if it’s the 16GB version. But the 9070XT would be the best choice.

Is $600 a reasonable price for it? Or should I look for something cheaper

Brand new they’re $700-800. But you also get a warranty. Personally I’d pay the extra $100 to get it new if they were only offering it for $600 used but I’m also very paranoid about spending that much on a used item.

Worth noting that buying used can still get you a warranty, assuming it hasn't run out. If you don't have proof of purchase, most manufacturers will go by serial number. I've RMA'd computer parts and other things without a receipt before, and the worst outcome I've faced is shooting an email over to customer service if the RMA form required a receipt to move on.
For the 9070xt, OP would be warrantied to March 2028 at minimum, assuming the standard three years most GPUs provide.

Yes its got a better FPS per dollar value, so go with it if you can, if not go for 9060xt

The difference between 9060 XT/5060 ti and the 9070 XT is 33% in 1% lows for 1080p mid settings. Low settings is probably around 20-25% at most.
Games like Tarkov and Rust are super cpu bound and I doubt it's going to make a difference.

The 9070 XT would be better an investment longterm.

i mean if you can the best option is the 9070xt
