Do you judge people that are fat at the gym?

You've 'seen' people saying that, let me guess, you've seen it on social media? As someone who used to think too much about what others had to say/think about me, when I was a teenager - the faster you learn that it doesn't fucking matter what someone else thinks (if you're doing something good at least), the better off you will be. Most people probably experience that - I avoided the free weights for a few months, and stuck to the machines,as there was much less 'traffic' on those, and I could jump in and start doing. And on top of that, the brutal reality? Yeah, some people will look at you and judge you. I judge people my age who do not take care of themselves, because it's astonishing how they don't realise how bad it will be for your body in the future, so of course I will judge it, however, you're actually doing something about it. Don't feel bad if at some point you'll 'fall behind' on training as well, once again, everyone gets that at some point, and even numerous times. You've got this and keep going, you will feel better mentally, and your body will thank you when you'll get a little older - I can't imagine going a week without stretching and I'm in my mid twenties.
