Why is there bags of dog shite everywhere?

If your going to go to the effort of picking it up and putting it in a bag, why then hang it on a tree or just leave it?

Those are special poo bag trees, they are native to the UK and grow fresh bags of shite. The ones on the floor are ripe and have fallen from said tree. For some reason, they are all over the UK. :/

Sometimes you do a circular loop and don’t want to carry it for a few miles, so pick it up on the way back. Also, please don’t assume it’s always dog poo. I often hang bags of my own poo on trees, especially at Christmas time.
