ULPT Taking edibles through customs from canada to US

Flying from toronto pearson to north carolina (CLT), planning on taking 25 mg lollipop edible to take on the plane. I've added it to a ziplock with other candies/snacks. this is my first time trying to get weed through customs, have any of you have stories of getting caught?

I have a friend who buys a big bag of gummy candy, dumps it out, and fills it with edibles. She’s never had a problem flying domestically within the US, but I would be very wary of trying it through customs. You’re going to North Carolina, where THC is not legal at all. If you’re just looking to take an edible on the plane, I would eat it before you go through security.
If you want some to have in North Carolina, there is a legal dispensary on the Cherokee Reservation. It’s not close to Charlotte, but it’s as close as you’re going to get.

Same. Only I use trail mix 1. In most cases they often just don’t open it. 2.The nuts and such help mask the smell. Some edibles smell awful lol
