New AME guidance with ADHD fast track published

I didn't think it was actually going to happen, but it did. It looks like if you've been off meds for 4+ years, you can go to ANY psychologist (not HIMS) to complete the Fast Track - ADHD Summary sheet, and the AME can issue on the spot.
