Missing GPU Info? - MSI Click BIOS 5

Hello,
After what was an absolute nightmare of a build process over the past two days, I’ve finally gotten my new system into its case and powered up.
For reference, I’m using the Gaming Plus Wi-Fi motherboard from MSI. That means that my BIOS, upon booting, is MSI’s Click BIOS 5 interface.
I’m a first-time builder, but I ran a pre-build test prior to putting everything in the case and confirmed that the BIOS was recognizing things like my CPU, my memory kit, my NVMe SSD, etc. I’m unsure, however, about where my graphics card is supposed to be identified at and under which menu information about it might be.
My question is this: Is it possible that my GPU could be lighting up and that its three fans could be spinning without the card being plugged fully into its PCIe slot?
I know for a fact that my GPU is connected to PCIe power, but I can’t find anything about it like termperatures or even a name in the BIOS. With how much I’ve had to mess around with it, I’m concerned that I’ll have damaged it somehow. Either by scratching it up somehow or just by pushing down too far to try and get it in PCIe slot (it’s a tight fit but it clears).
Any ideas on how/where I could out if it’s being picked up?
