Question for someone who works in Euro Control (ATC)

When an aircraft releases the Parking Brake, do ATC/flow control at Euro control receives any notification of this happening?

If it happens on a ACDM airport or an airport with Advanced Tower (A-TWR) then yes (via OBK status update). Otherwise - no. Fun fact - that means that on vast majority of airports You can get a slot or flight plan suspension while taxiing, because The Network has no idea you have started moving.

Had this happen a few days ago in Spain. Just as we started to manuever out of the apron the tower called us and informed us that due to staffing issues in Marseilles FIR, we had a CTOT in like 40 min. We basically made a nice circle right back into the stand.

No. Eurocontrol has no way of receiving this, nor do they care. It's outside of their area of responsibility.

No (they have no ways of receiving this information).

I don't think so but you're not supposed to move out of your stand without clearance anyway.
