I picked this monitor up a couple years ago though I didn't realize it had this significant of burn in at the time. Although it still does monitor things, it has obviously been left to run with the brightness and contrast maxed out. With it saying RF Off, I almost believe it was used at some sort of radio station on the transmitter. Could have been some sort of scientific equipment with some of the other stuff I'm seeing. Anyway, any ideas what this monitor may have been connected to and used for in its former life?
