Hi, I'm doing an internship at a car dealership and I'm researching how they can better attract experienced mechanics. To answer this properly, I'm curious about your perspective as a professional.
Are you an experienced mechanic with 5 or more years of work experience? Then I would really appreciate it if you could briefly answer the questions below. It only takes a few minutes!
- What are the most important reasons for you when choosing an employer?
- How do you usually look for a new job or employer? For example through a job site, social media, or word of mouth?
- Which factors matter most to you when choosing an employer? Think about salary, work atmosphere, career growth opportunities, working hours, or anything else.
Thank you in advance for your time and honest answer — every response really helps!
