I am going for a white Theme but also trying to get good parts (To My Knowledge and Research)
I have a Radeon Steel Legend RGB 9060XT that I am going to swap out from my other PC into this one to make it fully flashy and full white but as for the other parts and components. How is this Build guys?
NOTE: I also already have an M.2 SSD

Its not clear whether the case on that list comes with fans. The Cooler Master site shows compatibility with with some of their fans installed, but the specs don't mention anything coming pre-installed, soi you'd need to make sure of that or switch cases.
You could go for a RAM kit that's faster, with lower latency, about $10 AUD more.
The B650M motherboard will require a BIOS update to support the 9600X. You could swap down to the 7600X, the difference in performance is minimal, you wouldn't really notice it. Alternatively, you could go with the B850 version of that board to support the 9000 series and have PCIe Gen 5 for the GPU, which won't make a huge difference now, but could be handy down the line if you ever want to upgrade the GPU. I've put both changes on the list just to show the price differences.
If you go for a modular GPU, you only have to use the cables you need, a not have a black clump of cables in an otherwise white build. You could also enhance this later on if you like with some simple white cable extensions.

Thanks for the info man I really have no idea about PC Parts and the RAM. I kinda just thought they were all the same by people saying on reddit posts "RAM IS RAM" so I just assumed. I am really considering just taking your build instead and using it

No problem 👍

have you considered matx cases - as both builds have atx form factor? imo matx boards look weird in larger cases. I have a secondary pc with the Cooler Master 302 elite and I absolutely love it (available in white also) the montech x5m is also a great compact case
