Help! Please give me some ideas for stag do fun?

This weekend I am the best man at a stag do and the weather's looking a bit grim. Naturally we'll all find ourselves indoors with the tinnies at some point and I want to have some games/activities up my sleeve in case.

I am thinking something like the usual Mr & Mrs but that feels like it might be a bit lame for a bunch of 17 guys. Any ideas from my fellow compatriots?

A pub quiz on the stag- a round of 10-15 (funny) questions to do with the stag which separate teams answer and the losing team has to take shots. Easily kill 1-2 hours, just make sure to book some tables together at the pub

On my stag, we had booked a house out in the country that we were just hanging out in. I'm a very quiet and reserved person, so we played the 'get to know me' game. My best man with no preparation asked questions about me he didn't even know the answer to and everyone had to note down an answer. I would then answer, everyone who got it wrong would drink, I would drink for every right answer. Great fun and good for teasing out embarrassing facts about your stag.

If you have a three hour gap between activities perhaps consider just letting the group drink/chat/mingle/relax? Stags can be quite busy and it can be really nice to have a bit of downtime.

If you’ve already got plenty of stuff planned then a couple of hours chilling out with some beers will be fine. You don’t have to be doing an activity every minute of the day

Silly, physical, no skill tasks that result in drinking.

Make a human pyramid.

When you do it, you have to take a shot directly from the bottle starting and the top, and passing the bottle through the pyramid.

If you fail at any point, do a shot and, start again.

Split into two teams. With you team, you lay down on top of each other horizontally. The team that gets the highest stack wins. The losing team has to do a shot. (Extra: each person has to do as many shots as the difference in stack size)

Hard: Learn a 30s synchronized dance routine that all 17 of you can bust out at the wedding.

Basic: Download a mobile based game like Piccolo. Easy enough way to kill an hour with no prep.
