Help! Random shut downs and delayed reboots!

I have had this PC for a little over a year. I bought out of laziness and time constraints. Until very recently it was working just fine. I am a habitual “always-on” person. recently I went downstairs to run a few updates before jumping on WoW for some raid night fun. I noticed the only light s on my PC were the RAM RGB. The PC wouldn’t wake from sleep. I pushed power, and from there nothing would boot. No fans, no POST, no MoBo lights…nothing. I unplugged the PSU, let it sit for a few minutes and tried again. A small flash of light on my GPU, fans attempted to spin and then nothing. I replaced my MoBo and CPU (something I’d wanted to do anyway) and did a fresh windows install. it’s been fine for a couple more weeks since then, albeit I’ve been playing a little less. Well, tonight after a couple hours it did it again. The only difference is that now it will reboot after a few minutes of unplugging the PSU. I plugged the PSU into a PSU tester and it passed tests. I am now unsure of where to go with it next.

Sounds like s faulty PSU invest into a quality unit. The PSU test is meaningless doesn't tell you if all the rails are working and can handle any type of load. Without an expensive machine to test best just to swap you have replaced everything else already.

Thank you! I am picking up a new PSU today to install and hoping these issues go away. Upgrading the wattage too just to have more of a buffer. Hope you have a good day?
