Europe so far so good for M365 Teams. Thank you for the info.
On microsoft service health status page it states it is for teams free and also that there is an issue with outlook for ios.

Mobile seems fine. Just desktop for others?
frac6969@reddit
It’s just the desktop app and happens after a version update. It’s fine now.
Made_UpWords@reddit
Teams is, unfortunately, still working totally fine for me. I envy you.

Mexico user here on the Pacific Time, I confirm the crash loop is happening
oldgeektech@reddit
West Coast US here. Tried reinstalling and same problem. Microsoft really trying hard to make me appreciate just how nice it is to NOT have a platform where users can bug me.
antiduh@reddit
Earlier today, the start menu stopped working for a whole labs worth of users. Just wouldn't open.
Can't complain if they can't start anything!
elpollodiablox@reddit
Right? As I see it this is a welcome development.

First reported by a user at 1337 (now 1615). NZ and issue spreading, but not everyone...
Maybe we'll knock off first?

Confirmed Microsoft issue, service degradation being reported in my orgs service health dashboard.
DodgyDoughnuts@reddit
Yeah I'm having the same issue here in Brisbane, a few people in our office are having the same issue
jamesbrah36@reddit
Confirmed, happening in Sydney Australia - affecting several users in our org currently.
Jay_Two@reddit
Yep, crash loop being experienced here in East Coast Aus also. Advisory MS Service Health of TM1301921 seems to be where MS are tracking it.
