Doing a little research (google and the first five results), these are ballistic advantage contract overrun barrels. Given that these are also BA, fluted, only 5 oz heavier than the BA SPR barrels posted earlier today, $30 cheaper, and give an extra two inches... might be a good deal if you want an accurized setup on a budget.
I'm also a guy who shoots outdoors once every three months, so don't take my word for it.
