Why is a public library afraid of drones?
NidzoMadjija@reddit
Yugoslavia was ahead of its time

This was new building for Administrative services. In real life if even uglier.
steel_rat2003@reddit
I hate rusted look.
vlaada7@reddit

RedBlueSquirtle@reddit
Honey...
anduygulama@reddit
was it demolished?
RedBlueSquirtle@reddit
I think so
titaincognita@reddit
Right? There are better examples. Like this cheese building in Tuzla lol
Palagrin@reddit

Commercial_Law_1689@reddit
Dude most of these buildings look like a kids base in conan exiles or dune awakening
stolidissimus@reddit
I love it even though it's a dystopian-looking brutalist building. There's something mysterious about it.
RebootAndPray@reddit
I don't think it's ugly. It's unusual for sure and you may not like it but objectively it's far from world's ugliest building, it's not even ugliest in Priština.
Substratas@reddit
Ewww, wtf is that?!?! Where is that?
_BREVC_@reddit
Literally the only thing to see in Prishtina.
rmes@reddit
I liked visiting the journalism museum quite a lot. Theres places you don't go for the sights. I thought people had amazing perspectives and it's refreshing to see a society that actually respects (Most of) its politicians.
TwoFistsOneVi@reddit
Fun fact, a Croatian architect designed this shit
rmes@reddit
I think that photo doesn't do it justice. I actually liked visiting that building a lot. So much character
hardhuca88@reddit

Sticks out like something in the middle of the city.
little_towers@reddit
That librarly is looking good.
franzee@reddit
I saw way way uglier than that. Every residential building in Serbia in the past 20 years is ugly and depressingly bad.
_-UV-_@reddit
Visited pristina just for this building. Its beautiful in another way i love it so much
Ha55aN1337@reddit
Awesome.
drjet196@reddit
This is a piece of art. The purpose of art is to create emotions and discussions and this building certainly does both. In a world full of concrete cubes and skyskrapers this stands out.
Kmag_supporter@reddit
This was voted the ugliest building in Denmark.
FuckTheCake@reddit
look how the Albanians have massacred my Kosovo
Desperate_Role_3940@reddit
You mean fixed it
BarnaclePotential132@reddit
Well its brutalist architecture, in this case yugoslav brutalism. You either love it or you hate it. Surprisingly, its still very popular in South Korea today. But they have a new version of it. They call it Nu-Bru. You need to check it out on google if you are into architecture. That said i must say that these buildings, if properly maintenend, look good irl. If not they look super extra ugly.
rokki123@reddit
is this ragebait
Sandzakguy@reddit
From that angle, yeah. The building itself isn’t really ugly, I think it’s only missing some color and greenery.
GreatshotCNC@reddit
It looks like a building in chain mail. Or like it's trapped and caged-in. I'm not a fan.
Barbak86@reddit
Worlds ugliest building? Far from it. It's actually pretty cool if you ask me.
There is a lot of ugly shit in Prishtina, but this ain't it.
Ujemegaz@reddit
It is a brutalist building. Plus, i would choose this over a church or a mosque.
Stamenik@reddit
it is because of thiefs...
deviendrais@reddit
Not aesthetically pleasing in the traditional sense but I think it’s still better than extremely bland buildings
RomanMSlo@reddit
Not ugly at all. It's called "architecture".
Final-Nebula-7049@reddit
Fragile packaging
IluxWasTaken@reddit
I mean I don't know, it's lowkey so bad it's good type of deal
Observe_Report_@reddit
I thought was the US Embassy in Iraq.
REDARROW101_A5@reddit
Considering what is currently happening you may need to get a Cope Cage for your embassy.
BurgurluGenc031@reddit
'Aye bro u forgot to open package of it' like building.
