Building a gaming pc for the first time- advice needed

I'm fairly new to the building a pc environment and finally got myself to save up to build a gaming pc. I would say I have a fairly good budget and trying to max out every bit of the pc as I could. I never got to experience what a good pc feels like, let alone a gaming one, so I try to max out the cores to allow me to multitask and game alot. Please look at what I have so far and add any suggestions/recommendation - roast or boast kind of situation.

If gaming you should get the 9600x instead wayyy cheaper. The jump from 6 to 8 cores won't really help that much and it's still as good for multitasking.

That list is solid but you're overpaying for the case and PSU, could redirect that toward the GPU instead.

The case is good man wym. It comes with 4 préinstalled fans and is legit big enough to fit any GPU currently.
As for PSU fair point honestly 750w is more than enough

Seems decent, could save some by going with an air cooler instead of an AIO, like the phantom spirit or id cooling a620

Is there a difference in efficiency between them two?
