Standing rigging in Puerto Penasco

I'm looking at buying a boat located in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, but it needs new standing rigging. I'm trying to figure out options for doing it there, vs having to motor to La Paz or Puerto Vallarta. It seems there isn't really experienced riggers in PP.
Anyone have any suggestions or know a rigger that would travel?
(I do have quotes for the actual rigging materials from elsewhere, so that part shouldn't be a problem)
Thanks!

Most parts and expertise will have to be imported from San Diego, unless you can find a local guy that knows what they're doing.
There isn't a great mystery around rigging a boat. Ask a lot of questions, get a tension gauge, learn something new about your boat. You could always have someone check your work once you get to a port with more services, though I'm sure you'd question it the whole time. Time it so you're riding the northers south!

Does the boat currently have rigging? If you can find a way to pull the mast then you can send the shrouds out and have them copied and reinstall them yourself. Good, American beer will be very helpful in finding some advice on the dock. Have you tried San Carlos for a rigger? If you end up in PV or La Paz book yard/ dock space early end know that it will be expensive. Rigging supplies aren't often available off the shelf in Mexico so you will have to import them

Thanks, it does look like there's a couple in San Carlos, of which at least one has good recommendations! Ya boat has rigging currently

Plan to have everything fabricated in the US and either drive or have it brought by courier over the border. Do not ship anything. It will absolutely be eaten by customs and never arrive. Speaking from experience.

I know this isn’t super helpful, but with some buddies, you may be able to do it yourself it you buy the hardware. You just need the tension specs, a loos-meeter (sp?) some tools and a climbing harness.

That might actually be helpful if I can't find an alternate option, thanks!
