Thinking about upgrading my setup, need a bit of advice.

Well, title basically. I'm on a shorter budget than usual, so around R$ 1500 ($500), I was thinking about swapping my PSU for a modular one, I've also seen some recommendations to swap my watercooler for an aircooler. What are you guys' thoughts on this?
Here are my configs:
* Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M H
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 8400F
* RAM: 32GB (2×16GB) Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5200MHz
* GPU: RX 9060 XT OC 16GB XFX
* Storage 1: SSD Kingston NVMe NV3 1TB
* Storage 2: HD Toshiba P300 1TB
* Storage 2: SSD KINGSTON Sata 240gb (for OS)
* PSU: Corsair CX650 650W 80 Plus Bronze
* Case: Gamer Corsair 480T
* Fans: 6x fans Aigo Darkflash Infinity 34 (3 on front and 3 at the top)
* Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L V2 (stays on the back of the case)
Every bit of help is appreciated, thank you.

Neither of those upgrades are necessary and they won't improve the performance of your PC.
I would spend that money on a better CPU.

Dude, nice choice with the 7800X3D! It’s a beast. As for the PSU, if it’s handling your current setup fine, it should be good for the upgrade too, just double-check the wattage. Can't wait to see how your build turns out!

Yeah I'm thinking about an 7800X3D, but they're kinda too expensive as of now, I don't think I can afford that just yet. Hence why I'm treating the mentioned upgrades as secondary, specially the PSU one.

My main questions would be: why?
The CX650 is a perfectly acceptable PSU. If it's doing the job of delivery power to your system then it's doing its job. If you're unhappy with how much noise it makes, or have plans to upgrade your CPU or GPU, or are otherwise having power related issues that you've traced back to the PSU, then replacing it might make sense. But there's nothing really inherently worse about non-modular PSUs than modular ones apart from easier cable management. And the fact that modularity is generally included on higher end PSUs, but it's the fact they're higher end PSUs that's the big benefit, not the fact they're modular.
For the cooler, 120mm AIOs are kind of trash as they're generally more expensive than tower coolers with very little benefit. That said, the 8400F doesn't need much cooling, so even a terrible 120mm AIO should be more than sufficient. If it's not cooling the CPU properly, or you don't like how it looks. Sure, replace it. Any single or dual tower cooler with 120mm fans should work well enough.

Appreciate it. Yeah the end game is to get that sweet 7800X3D.
Well I dont really have any issues with my current PSU, I was just worried that when upgrading the CPU, the AIO and potentially the mobo (since my current one doesnt have a heatsink, and I worry about heat in general quite a lot where I live, even though my pc doesnt usually heat up above 60°C average) hence why all that concern before.
And which Dual Tower air cooler would you recommend?

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 or Phantom Spirit 120 (any variant of either).
