I can't really find much on them since they have "mega" in their name and every time i try to search for them stuff about actual Mega company's come up. Anyone here actually work for them? Are they any good? I did orientation with them, the yard seemed nice and clean, but i'm conflicted to leave my current company im happy-ish with (just want more miles) and they promised more miles. But i can't find anything on them.

That company has red flags all over it. Chicago based which is always a red flag, 20 carriers in the company group according to it's website which is another red flag and while reviews should always be taken with a giant grain of salt, Google reviews are either glowing 5 stars or 1 star, nothing in between.

if you cant find much on them thats already a bit of a flag, even small outfits leave some kind of footprint online these days ask drivers in the yard straight up about pay, miles and home time before jumping

i did meet one driver but they were a O/O and they said they liked it but i was also on a tour so idk about getting comments about a company while someone is with me from the office. I'm going to be a company driver so idk how the company drivers are in comparison.

Never worked for them but the search issue is real - anything with "mega" in the name gets buried under the big carriers. Did you try searching with quotes around the full company name? Sometimes that helps filter out the noise
If they're promising more miles and your current spot is just okay, might be worth asking them for references from current drivers or seeing if you can talk to someone who's been there a while during your next visit. The clean yard is usually a good sign but driver retention tells you way more about how they actually treat people
