Will this build survive 3-5 years?

Hello. I am planning (hopefully 9 months to a year) on buying and building a PC. I'm currently saving up around 7200 DHS (1960$) for this build.
I live in the UAE so specific parts like GPU & CPU's might be expensive due to international shipping, low stock in the country, or overall the model being rare.
I will mainly game for this PC but Video Editing might be a big part of my build in the near future. This is why I'm hoping to future proof this build (hopefully AM5 doesn't die in the next 3-8 years).
I will also play on a 1440p 144-180hz monitor so hopefully the GPU can handle it.
Here is the entire list of my build (Local Prices):
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (1,210)
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Digital (189)
Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI (572)
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 RAM CL30 (1386)
GPU: ASRock AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB Challenger OC (1552)
Storage: Kingston NV3 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD (589)
Power Supply: MSI MAG A750GL (359)
Case: Lian Li V100 ATX Mid-Tower (285)
Case Fans: Arctic P12 5-Pack (148)
Monitor: Gameon GB27Q180 (469)
Monitor Mount: MOUNTUP Single Monitor (89)
Total: 6937 AED

Additional Questions:
• Is a WiFi Card (TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 PCIe WiFi Card***) important if I wanna get good wifi speeds for Gaming & Productivity? (Ethernet is impossible since the router's in the living room)
• Is there a better GPU than the 9060XT for almost the same value?
• Is getting a speaker better than the ones built in the Monitor? (I have headphones but they get uncomfortable after some time)
• For any Video Editors out there, will this comfortably run DaVinci Resolve?
• Will a Monitor Table Mount be better than a Monitor Stand/Rise for an Ikea Micke Desk (105x50)?
• Will the setup fit in an Ikea Micke Desk (105x50)?
Sorry for the long read & dumb questions!

oh yeah its a solid build but I guess 7800x3d is kind of wasted on a 9060XT u could easily get a 7700x and a 9070 and get even better performance in just about any game u play. granted I don't know the prices where u live but for both productivity and gaming thats a much better combo. AM5 has at least 1 generation left on it and if rumors are right there might be 2 which would give u plenty of time to upgrade that CPU later

7800x and a 9070xt was the first choice for me, but the cheapest I found was 2,888 AED (786$) and that pushes way above my budget.
No_Spare1827@reddit
does that price include the 9070 non XT?
DeezAmogusNuts@reddit (OP)
The XT & non-XT are the same price
BaronB@reddit
Ouch.
What about the 5070? I know in some territories the AMD GPUs are priced much higher than in the US or most of the EU so the Nvidia GPUs are better deals.

I found the (LEADTEK WinFast RTX 5070 HURRICANE 12GB GDDR7 Graphics Card, DLSS 4) for around 2650 dhs (721$) but for that price, I could just go for the 9070XT

I dunno. 9060 XT is a borderline 1440p card in my honest opinion. It has the VRAM buffer for it, but not really the processing power for future titles. For context, the 9060 xt is slower than my old 3080 for higher resolutions, and even i think that is borderline enough for 1440p now, and not comfortably enough, especially if you're talking about enabling slightly higher settings or RT.
You might have to tame your expectations for that "5 year" mark.

yeah it will
