Pc only shows display after pressing case's reset button after powering on

I recently put in a asus 5070 after getting it back from rma, so ive already correctly installed this gpu before with 0 issues like this. My pc turned on and I got a warning saying "Your pc ran into a problem and cannot be repaired' so I tried to use windows repair and that said the same thing, so I just booted into windows start up, everything loaded fine games work great.
But when I use the power button it turns the pc and its lights on but not the display then my keyboard lights turn on for about 20-30 seconds and then shuts off too. Tried unplugging the display ports and shifting them around that didnt work so i hit my pc case's reset button and that turned the displays on and everything works like normal
The things ive tried are
.unplugging the power
.updating bios
.DDU graphic drivers
.(maybe reset my bios? I tried the jumper and im not sure if that did anything and I don't know how to take the battery out due to this being my first pc i built so I don't tinker too much with it)
Im gonna try and reseat my Ram when i get home from work but I wanna see others inputs/suggestions on this
My specs are
Windows 11...

Reposted cause I can see how the title I had before was confusing with the specific problem I have
