Also... just want to point out how that's absolute bullshit.
Just for a random example... look up Dave's Kill Bread's White Bread Done Right. It has only two grams of sugar. Two. If two grams enough to classify it as "cake" wherever you live... all that says to me is that you have really shitty, bland cake.

Sugar in bread isn't for flavor, it's to feed the yeast. The only breads that don't have sugar/yeast are soda bread and flat breads. 99% of euro bread has sugar added.

Most just gives of a vibe a bread out the oven, it’s soft and has more moisture. It’s not ideal but a microwaved “grilled” cheese is great when high af. I’ll usually add ham or prosciutto.
