Should I take a new RX 9070 XT for 630€ ?

Hello, I am planning to build a PC this summer and am starting to look up components. Im am looking for something that could handle 2K very well but without all the bells and whistles (not really interested in RTX etc). Anyway, I am leaning more on the side of AMD and am trying to keep my budget under 1400€ (and even lower if used). The RTX 9070 XT sounded good (I think) for this job but they usually are at between 750 and 900 here in France.
So I stumbled upon 2 of those (Sapphire Pulse and Power Color Reaper) at 630, new. Is this too good to be true ? (the site is considered reputable)

Honestly, I could get those for like 450 EUR, and I still choose RTX. Sadly because RTX is simply better at AI. But if you don't care about that both of the 9070XT you got on offer are decent... I would get both and keep the one that doesnt whine.

Shipping stuff from here is out of the question. I take stuff with me by hand ie on board of the plane....

630 is fine for 1440p, the pulse is the more reliable model. just make sure your psu is at least 750w and that case has decent airflow, the 9070xt runs warm under load

That is their current price in mainland europe. 640 euro in Czechia for example.

Good price for a 9070xt.
Cheapest in germany right now is at 635€.
If you can afford it, go for it.
