What is the best CPU for under 200 dollars?

I'm putting up my part list for my 1440p PC but I don't know what CPU to pick. I'm thinking about a budget for the CPU of around 200$. Any recommendations?

I love how every single american thinks people from reddit are all americans.

Well the demographics here are about %50 Americans already so odds are you'd be right just as often as you are wrong

What's the overall budget for the entire build? What resolution monitor?
It would help to know what we're working with to give good advice.
As it stands right now you could be just getting a shit recommendation that doesn't fit your desired end state regardless of it fitting your budget

My whole busget is 1500-ish dollars but ik that a 1440p with current prices may not fit within so I'm willing to stretch it if necessary.

Id really suggest targeting bundles, as that's where you can get 'deals' on ram these days. If there is such a thing.
I just went in for this bundle myself: https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4866253
This will get you a solid Am5 mobo, a ryzen 9850x3d, 32 gb of cl6000 ram and a free gift 850 watt PSU for $830.
From here you just need a GPU, SSD, and storage. Could likely hit your budget with something like that

I'm from Poland so first of all pruces may be different in my country and second of all I don't think newegg delivers to Poland and in Poland we dont really have shops that do bundles like this.
