Upgrade from 5800X3D to 9850X3D

I’m planning to upgrade from a 5800X3D to a 9850X3D.
-
What motherboard would you recommend for it?
And what RAM should I choose? -
I currently have an NZXT Kraken X72 in my PC
will I be able to install it in the new system?
3. Would my Kraken X72 be enough to cool the 9850X3D?
I have an RTX 5070 Ti TUF Gaming OC graphics card.
I usually play Escape From Tarkov, Call of Duty, Battlefield, and CS2.
Thank you for the answers and the help.

I cool my 9850 with a Phantom Spirit 120 SE, ~70-75c at stock settings when gaming.
The RAM should be the cheapest 6000mts kit you can find. Cl30-cl38 would be the range I would look for, anything in that range is 1-2% performance difference and should be based on cost.
For mobos, I would avoid brands that start with A. ASRock and Asus have both issued statements about the x3d chips frying. (I got a MC bundle and spent an extra $50 to get a MSI X870E-P)

Cooler should be ok, it has a higher TDP rating than the 9850x3d it seems, but might not have a tonne of headroom. 120w on the CPU, AIO can do 125w and higher as it ramps up. It's an x3d chip so it's not like you can overclock (last I knew it was only base clock overclocking you can do but it's probably not even worth it). Undervolt and you should be good, just keep an eye on temps and do some testing, get an adapter from NZXT for AM5 (I haven't looked but it's been common for brands to sell new socket adapters that will fit their older AIO's).

Any decent B850, or B650e/b650 if you want to save up. Don't buy Asrock. 160 to $200 is a decent budget. b850 Aorus elite seems decent to me, could have more usb c though.
If it's the 360mm aio then yes, it might even be easier to cool but don't quote me on that.
