What's the relevance of your gender here?
CyborgHeart1245@reddit
The whole "just a girl" thing is so dumb.

Check all the connections to your motherboard. Make sure you have your 24-pin motherboard connection fully seated, the 8-pin on your GPU fully seated, and the 4-or-8-pin connection for your CPU fully seated. The GPU and CPU pins often have these little tabs where you join two connectors together (4+4 to make an 8-pin) and if those aren't oriented correctly you won't have a good seat.
What is your PSU? There's usually an amperage draw of around 25amps on the +12v rail for the 3060. If you have a cheaper PSU, that could be a potential issue. You can look at the side of the box/side of the PSU to get what the +12v rails maximum current is (for a 750w it should be around 60amps). If that number is far lower, that could be your issue, but I doubt it unless the PSU actually has a problem.
If you want to take it to basics, remove your RAM from the PC. It should error on boot. There should be an indicator on the motherboard using lights (near the 24-pin connector). If you aren't getting any POST codes with the RAM out, your motherboard may be the problem. Plug the RAM in one stick at a time and boot the PC to see if it fails RAM on any of the slots. If everything is plugged in and passing, make sure the GPU light on the POST isn't flagging any problems.
You can take your motherboard out of the case, and assemble on the box it came in. The box won't short the system. If it works, then you may have a short when you secured it in the case.
Beyond this, you may need more specialized help by providing exact details of what you're seeing/experiencing.

Pretty much this. But also, if it's a used motherboard, there's a decent chance the RAM profile from the previous owner's build is still set up. Watch a YouTube tutorial on removing the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS.

How long did you wait? First init takes a while.

Hi
Try to update bios
Alimadan2011@reddit
Plug the hdmi or display port in the motherboard
SAUCEYOLOSWAG@reddit
Her cpu does not have integrated graphics. Motherboard outputs will result in no display
Alimadan2011@reddit
Hmm
I had the same problem
All i had to do was update bios

Or just dm me i will help

Does the gpu definitely have power? / correct cables plugged in It may be worth recording a video with the case open, I’m sure someone will be able to help!

Reseat ram?
YER_-@reddit
Check the 8 pin power connector in the top left, and the 24-pin power connector on the middle right iirc. I built a PC the other week and had the same exact issue. Turned out we forgot to plug in the 8 pin power.
_EnFlaMEd@reddit
Yeah I did similar with a build but it was just the 24pin not seated correctly. Reseated everything and it fired up.

Monitor in gpu?
N00B_N00M@reddit
Was hard to find back in 2016 when i built mine first, google saved back then , plugged in motherboard instead of GPU and it was ryzen 5 1600 cpu without integrated graphics
Rakhsev@reddit
If you connect your keyboard, does the numkey works? If yes, it's purely a display problem, if not then you have a bigger problem that requires a deeper investigation.
PeanutAble1916@reddit
men of culture start your engines
btw did you connected the display cable to the GPU and NOT the motherboard ?
ThrashFur@reddit (OP)
yeah i triple checked this

You should take a photo of the install config and debug lights. Look in your mobo manual for cmos reset steps and ram debug config. Some requires 2nd slot from the CPU, some requires closest to the cpu
