I posted about a conversion kit with my bike a few months ago and thought nothing of it but after seeing how ebikes are designed it made me reconsider, but I still wanna get an ebike that can get me and my stuff anywhere(maybe even a passanger if need be)

So here's my needs:

-It HAS to be 750W or under in order to be state compliant

-It needs to be able to go up considerably steep hills

-Preferably a key ignition

-It needs to go a considerable distance, carrying a second battery is on the table

-Preferably a rear bike rack for saddle bags/etc

Now I've looked around at bikes and I've seen some that claim great things and even on their own subreddits they seem amazing but then you come here and they seem a lot more iffy, and I'm quite out of the loop of recommended brands and their respective reputation
