Bike motor won’t work due to magnet error message. Any ideas what else I can do? Question 1/5

So today I got the error message which is pictured, I have taken off the magnet and cleaned it, l've also cleaned the speed sensor. Not sure what else I can do. I'm relatively new to mountain bikes so I'm just curious if everything looks right?

Do You have some costumer support e mail for this brand of bikes? Or You write brand of this model on Google and error....👍

Does the error have a number associated to it? connect to the system app and see if theres a number associated with the error and then perform a google query to find a description. You can also try cycling the bike off and back on.
Some sensor errors are there to keep people from tampering with the system to make the bike go faster and once activated will brick the motor and only a dealer can revive it.
