Ollama 20$ vs (Claude Code or Codex) 20$ subscription

If you have to choose between these two, what would u choose? I've been using Ollama free cloud models; it is great for small tasks, but some cloud models need a subscription. I have Claude Code 20$, but the usage limits of it are trash, even for a simple task.
What would u guys choose if u had 20$ and had to choose either one of these?

ollama has local models that runs on cloud. I have a low end system. So, i can't run local models. So, i am looking for a cloud open models

I'm just annoyed by the overwhelming focus on cloud models. This happens a lot here and waters the sub to something it basically should not be. No offense.
If I'd really need to go with cloud based models I'd avoid a per token based billing model, as this is what would actually empty your pockets when you're already short on HW already. Specifically coding is all about burning tokens, so you better don't have those billed.

NanoGPT have an $8 per month subscription, see if your usage falls within its limits - I believe they allow 60 million tokens per week, though you have to check the specifics for the models you intend to use from them.
Start saving for some local hardware!

Honestly Codex $20 just gives way more usable time. Claude feels capped way too fast., 20$ claude feels like demo tier, not a dev tool.
