The sphangomanometer is pegged at max and the maxosphincter is blown.

It doesn't sound too abnormal. I hear motorcycles with that kind of noise quite a bit. But hearing in person and under varying conditions (like revving) would help a lot more.
And just FYI, this subreddit is really for ebikes. You would get much better help posting in a subreddit dedicated to motorcycles with gasolene engines.

It is useful to blip the throttle when listening for cam chain sounds, noises as revs rise vs when they fall can mean different things in terms of what might be slack/worn.
