Monitor doesnt turn on+rgb is blinky

So, I took the computer apart, and when I put it back together and connected everything, I encountered problems: the monitor wouldn't turn on when I started the PC, and the rgb things like the mouse and keyboard would blink every few seconds. Also, the power and restart buttons weren't working, the restart button wouldn't work at all, and the on/off button only turned the PC on, but wouldn't turn it off.

Check if you put the Cable for the CPU back in properly.
I had that issue, didn't get any picture on the monitor, turned out the PSU Kabel for the CPU wasn't properly put in.

Do you mean rotated somehow or i put not enough pressure? Does it click or smth like that to know when i fully pluged it in

Well in my case my cabel literally fell out after I checked the PSU but it should be firmly inserted without ofc pushing too much or breaking smth
Could you maybe upload a picture on imgur and link it here which LED light is on? Perhaps then I or someone else can help better.
Also which Motherboard do you have?

I have gigabyte REV 2.1. i have all PSU put in: the motherboard, CPU and GPU. Also i just plugged HDMI by other side and it magically worked. Might be some disorders with fromt pannel tho, I'll write more if smth will happen

Glad it works again! Sometimes just rechecking Cabels or unplugging and replugging them in helps!
