Hand tattoos

Hello I have looked on previous post about tattoo policy, however I have a hand tattoo that is in the process of getting removed I am still about 3.5 years out from being able to go to ATP due to supporting my wife through school. My question is if it’s not 100% removed (very very light outlining) will that be a disqualification, no tattoo removal is 100% perfect so I’m preparing for the worst. Thank you.

It would have to be not be visible. I’ve flown with captains that have full sleeves but usually once the jacket/blazer is off they don’t step out for passengers to see. Plenty of pilots have tattoos just don’t make them visible

You can make a hand tattoo not visible with makeup, just saying

I have a full on hand tattoo. I cover it with makeup every day I go to work.

ATP is my only option, only other course is through a university by me and that takes 4 years.

Fastest way to get certified in my area/ less headache of setting up 3 schedules up perfectly to get hours through a mom and pop

You really should do more research. ATP doesn't offer anything unique or specific, you can do your training just as fast elsewhere and receive much better instruction, pay less, and not have to deal with ATP's bullshit.
