Windows 10 or Windows 11?

I have just finished building a PC for someone. CPU is the AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3D with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Founder's Edition. What's the best operating system to install onto their computer? I personally right now have Windows 10 (Pro) but it feels like it's very sluggish and slow for some reason and I've read that Windows 11 (Pro) is better. What is the yall's recommendation?

Windows 11.

Your OS accumulates a ton of garbage over time just from regular use, a reformat would definitely make your system feel speedy again.
Having said that I would go with 11 LTSC so you can get the added benefits of modern architecture optimization and simply add things back as you need them rather than constantly fighting windows from forced install/upgrades.

Gosh I miss 10. I hope the k2 update theyre bringing out for 11 will really fix things, cuz w11 as it is right now is terrible.

11 is better as 10 is EOL. You probably can update to windows 11 from 10 with the same code
But if its sluggish, something is wrong, are the drivers correctly installed or are there a lot of processes in the background

They want me to install Windows 10 Pro due to less bloatware and all that nonsense and they read that win 10 gives faster performance for the games. They are still on the fence of which one they want me to install. Yes, Windows 10 is end of life, but they have all of the Win updates, drivers, etc. for it.

Oh i see.. i mean, honestly speaking, 10 or 11 doesnt really matter and the main thing is security, since games and performance wise, it should be rather identical

Been using CachyOS linux for the past few weeks. It's much faster than windows for me.
