Indeed, I have! We actually have it everywhere here in Eastern WA State, maybe owing to the fact that we have a large Latino population. But, IIRC, the Apple Slice was a bit more sweet, and thus a bit more indulgent. But, yeah, definitely have it on the regular up here! Thanks for the tip. 🙏🏻

I can't blame it for causing it, but I had swapped over to some diet stuff when it first acted up.

I gave it up and it went away for a month or two ...I think it was just aggravating a problem. Still I don't chance it, OJ and other acidic stuff is also dangerous for me. Pop with citric acid I have to do in moderation also.

Stevia seems OK though.

My PCP is the vet I work for, and he preaches about prebiotics over probiotics, which is the only reason I know about them. They feed your gut bacteria. Taking a probiotic isn’t that effective, you’re adding billions of bacteria to the trillions in your gut, it’s a drop in the bucket. But if you feed the bacteria already in your gut, it will be more effective.
