So i recently bought myself an Arctic Liquid Freezer II for a discounted price of 50$ it came why some minor damage but thats not what im most worried about it. Since im rebuilding my computer i tried it to see if it works on my brother computer and the pump worked but the liquid going through the pump is so loud and i don’t know if its normal. Maybe air bubble forming for not being used for a couple of weeks. Is there nothing i should be aware of or is everything fine and one i will run my pc for a few hours the noise will be barley noticeable.

Those had a recall because the gasket was the wrong material and breaks down over time. My recall kit had a new cold plate, new gasket, new screws, and some fluid to top it off after the repair.
If they never handled the recall then the gasket might be completely disintegrated by now

I have checked and the water cooling units that were affected, are going now through a quality control to prevent those issues. Mine gas the QC passed control so it shouldn’t disintegrating. It more like trapped air in the pump.

mines broke down despite me using what they sent me sadly, decided to go over to air cooling after that

Sounds like there's air trapped in the pump, which is in the coldplate covering the CPU. It should work itself out after a while, just don't run anything CPU-intensive until it quiets down. If temps are unusually high, you can place the case on it's side and power it on - the outlet will be vertical and the pump horizontal so the air will head up, into the radiator/reservoir.

Ok thanks! I think i will let it run slowly for a full
Night to be sure all the air bubbles are gone.
