How did I do?

After having fun with years with my two ARs, and my old SKS, I ventured into a new world.
I went with the Galil (Ace Gen 2, 13-in barrel, 5.56)
After taking her to the range a couple of times I'm getting sub MOA accuracy. To say I'm impressed is an understatement with how accurate it is. I was honestly not expecting that.
The trigger is a little bit heavier than say a Daniel defense AR, and she's heavier than such, but man she is built like a absolute tank. I can't see any way of destroying this thing or making it jam. Cycled 223 and 556 just fine since I bought it. About 500 rounds in, no issues whatsoever, although I will say that the green tips are the accurate babies with that seven to one twist barrel.
I added the bottle opener to the front bottom M-lok, *out of tradition* since it's a galil, and I have used said bottle opener several times lol.
Hand-stop added.
On top I put the RDX 2 green bullseye sight, and the meprolite 3x magnifier. Keeping it all Israeli.
IDF sling.
Cheap flashlight *for now.
Hebrew writing with personal significance to myself, epoxied in (until I can get a laser engraver).
... What you think?

Gotta stamp it up

ATF stamp is not required as long as long as it's a hand-stop (slanted) and not completely vertical... Unless you mean stamp, as in artwork, then yes, absolutely!

I was referring to getting it a form 1 so you can put a real stock on it. Something keeping with your theme.

True

Looks good. I really my Gen2 13" as well.
Specialist_Region838@reddit (OP)
That's awesome! How many rounds have you shot through yours
Sketchy1968@reddit
Have around 1200rds through mine.
Specialist_Region838@reddit (OP)
Got me beat lol... Any malfunctions?
Sketchy1968@reddit
Nothing with brass and steel
Specialist_Region838@reddit (OP)
Impressive!... I have not tried steel but some old wolf 223 is going down the hatch soon. I'm going to be disappointed if it has any malfunctions related to the firearm. I'm not expecting any though

I had one of these 13" 5.56's and sold it recently due to a cross country move. I loved it and I wish I had gotten the chance to play around with more ammunition.
There isn't much info out there on reliability shooting suppressed, with some accounts on 16" rifles showing constant FTF. Mine was obviously overgassed, but never failed once through hundreds of rounds on the factory piston. I was always hesitant to get the KNS because I wanted reliability both suppressed and unsuppressed.

Darn that stinks that you had to get rid of it. That would break my heart. Yeah it's definitely combat gassed. I'd say if you're going to suppress it that you'd want to turn down the gas with adjustable aftermarket

Fuck Israel and fuck the IDF.

How far out is has your accuracy been?
CrackAsteroid@reddit
I got 1.5-3 MOA with mine. Ended up selling it after a few years.

Hmm. Was it a Gen 2? I was getting 3Moa ish with 233 and 2 to 3 with the 55g 5.56... But switching to green tips, it went Less than one moa. Last average was .8... I was blown away with how darn accurate it is... I had several people fire it too at the range to include some employees. In fact that's when I learned that for 7 twist you really need greentips to prevent over spin. That was the trick. I would never intentionally sell this thing lol. I actually like it more than my DD and my socom 16.

100yds. nothing beyond that yet
